Thanks to VFW and Auxiliary

The family of James C. "Jimmy" Meyers Jr. would like to take this time to thank everyone for their many kindnesses following the untimely death of our brother, Jim.

To the Whitefish VFW and Auxiliary, we cannot say enough for all that you have done. The memorial service was one that we know would have made him smile. The honor guard was great, and he would have been proud of each and everyone of you.

To the Auxiliary, the lunch provided was super. A very special thank you" to Tom Sagen for providing the meat and cheese trays — they were "above and beyond."

The stories you all shared with us showed us why he cared so much and thought of you as his "second family," and we thank you all for sharing.

To Matt at Austin Funeral Home, you have a real gift for making things easier for families during such difficult times, and we thank you so much for all that you did for us.

We will miss Jim, but we know that he lives on in our hearts each and every day.
