Christopher John Shupert
Christopher John Shupert, 25, died at Kalispell Regional Medical Center on August 2, 2006, from natural causes. He was born in Kalispell, MT on July 5, 1981. He was the second of three sons born to Dan and Jeri Shupert. Christopher spent his childhood life in Trego and the remainder of his life in Kalispell.
Christopher (Chris) attended Flathead High School. After high school, Chris worked odd jobs here in the valley. In 2005, Chris was the founder and owner of the Clean-Up Crew where he worked with both of his brothers, Matt, Danny and the rest of his crew. He volunteered at the Evergreen Fire Department where he was well respected and loved. Chris also enjoyed volunteering at Flathead Industries where he worked closely with his mother Jeri and his aunt Sue.
Chris was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. His children always came first and was eager to show them the fundamentals of life. He also liked working on cars and enjoyed hot rods. Chris was the first to start off our country's favorite holiday (4th of July). No one could start the festivities before him.
Chris is survived by his mother and father, Dan and Jeri; brothers, Danny; Matt and his wife, Colleen; three sons, Anthony John; Brady Christopher; and Cameron Daniel and their mother Crystal Cobb; daughter Marissa Nickole and her mother Kara Dewitt all of Kalispell. He is also survived by grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. His dearest friends Ben Covington; Lance Hall; Justin Kornkven; Micah Sampson; and the Eystad brothers, all of Kalispell, share the family's sympathy.
Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 12, 1 p.m. at Evergreen Fire Department. Chris's family would like to invite friends and family to join them in the memory of Chris. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund will be open for Chris's children at Park Side Credit Union in Kalispell and Columbia Falls. The funds will be used for future education.
