Regarding the article in last week's edition titled "Milhous tries to win over town hall audience," it's very clear that Mr. Milhous knows his plan for the Kootenai Lodge property is totally unwelcome.
He knows that the vast majority of the residents in this North Swan Lake neighborhood are vigorously opposed to the project for significant, legitimate reasons.
He knows that "he may not be the most popular man in Lake County right now," and that "they'll be throwing darts at me tonight."
But then with a flourish of astounding arrogance he asks, "who else would you rather have buy it?"
Paul Milhous thinks he knows what's best for us. Paul Milhous needs to respect his neighbors and withdraw.
