In appreciation

I am writing to ask you to help me say thanks to two people in your area.

We were vacationing for a few days in Whitefish at the time of the Parade of Homes. After visiting several of the homes, we had lunch at the Swan in Bigfork. When I went to pay for lunch, I discovered that my wallet had slipped from my pocket. Thanks to the good people of your community the story has a happy ending.

When I returned to my home in Oklahoma, I had a letter from Patrick Jones of Bay Books and Prints in Bigfork with the news that some kind soul found my wallet and left it on the counter in the store without a word. Everything was left in my wallet. Mr. Jones has returned it to me. I greatly appreciate the kindness of both the person who found my wallet and Mr. Jones.

We enjoyed Montana and have an especially good feeling about your community.
