Stolen bike a sign Whitefish is changing

Recently, my bicycle was stolen right out of our garage. It wasn't just a bike, it was a great black and gray Schwinn cruiser with a metal basket, and even better, a baby seat on the back. It was fueled by memories in the making and tiny voices cheering me or my husband on.

Sadly, we now have a lock on our garage door and inside a vacant spot where my three children are missing their favorite toy… and ours, too.

It makes me sad when I read, and especially to write a letter like this in the paper, but even more it makes me aware that Whitefish really is changing.
