Nat Morey

Nat W. Morey, 50, of Rock Springs, Wyo., passed away on June 29, 2004, at the Memorial Hospital, in Sweetwater County. Mr. Morey had been a resident of Rock Springs for the past 13 years and a former resident on Montana, Mr. Morey died following a sudden illness.

He was born July 31, 1953, in Dickenson, N.D., the son of C. Robert and Nola Bailey Morey.

Mr. Morey attended schools in Columbia Falls and was a graduate of the Columbia Falls High School with the class of 1971. He also attended Montana State University, in Bozeman, the University of North Dakota, in Grand Forks, N.D., Dixie College, in St. George, Utah, Northern Montana University, in Havre, and Western Wyoming Community College, in Rock Springs, Wyo.

He married Angelika Ibragimova in Las Vegas, Nev., on Dec. 31, 2003.

Mr. Morey was employed as a driver for Maxway.

Survivors include his wife Angelika Morey, of Rock Springs, Wyo.; his mother Nola Morey, of Columbia Falls; his brother Eric Morey, of Mammoth, Wyo.; sisters Suzie Menke and family, of Columbia Falls, Tina Morey, of Seattle, Wash., and Rene Farias and family, of Cortez, Colo.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Cremation has taken place at the Vase White Mountain Crematory, and memorial services were conducted on July 8, 2004, in Columbia Falls.
