Edna Larson

Edna F. Larson went to be with her Lord Aug. 21, 2004. She was 80 years old.

Edna was born on Oct. 31, 1923, in Sidney to Lars and Agnes Anderson. She was raised in Sidney, and after graduating she attended Sacred Heart School of Nursing and became a registered nurse.

She married Marvin O. Larson on March 11, 1948. They lived on the family farm in the LaSalle area where they raised five children.

Edna was a RN at Kalispell Regional Hospital, North Valley Hospital, Colonial Manor and the Montana Veterans Home. She was a long time member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, LaSalle Grange, and Good Sam's Club. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. We will all remember her for her deep faith in the Lord.

Edna is survived by her husband Marvin Larson, of Columbia Falls; sons, Rodney, of Whitefish, Virgil and wife Denise, of Kalispell, and Kevin and wife Wendy, of Columbia Falls; daughters, Terry and Gary Koepke, of Missoula, and Melanie and Ken Olson, of Columbia Falls. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and five great grandchildren, a brother, Albert Anderson, of Sidney, and numerous other relatives.

A memorial service was held Aug. 24, 2004, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Columbia Falls with Pastor Tom Gopp officiating.
