Parcel of land was not and is not clear-cut

My name is Mona Wagner and I am the owner of Crossroads Commercial Properties, Inc. I represented Mr. Sugarman with negotiations concerning a trade of a non-waterfront DNRC parcel adjacent to Mr. Sugarman's property north of Whitefish Lake for a commercial income building in Glasgow, along with 80 acres of land in the Tally Lake area.

Mr. Dan Weinberg stated in the Whitefish Pilot last week that the 80-acre parcel in this transaction had been "clear-cut." It is obvious Mr. Weinberg has never been to this 80-acre parcel. If he had, he would have noted the truth. This property had not been clear cut when Mr. Sugarman was negotiating with DNRC and it currently has not been clear-cut.

I would encourage the public to look for proof and the facts before taking the word of those with a personal agenda.

It is so unfortunate to have misrepresentations made and put into print for the public to view.
