Micky C. Kirby
Micky Charles Kirby left his many friends and family of 31 years on Aug. 4, 2004, due to a tragic propane explosion and fire.
Micky was born July 11, 1973, in Fairbanks. He attended school in North Pole and was active in youth hockey, wrestling and many recreational motor sports.
Micky attended trade school in Arizona and returned to Alaska to work as a small engine mechanic.
He could always be found hiking, fishing and hunting in his favorite Alaska wilderness areas.
Micky was a true friend who was always ready to help out a friend in need.
He leaves behind his son, Paul, of Caldwell, Idaho; father, Allen Kirby; mother, Linda Prince; brothers, Jay Dee and Tony; and sister, Kay Dee Kirby Johnson; all of North Pole; and many other family members and friends in Montana and Idaho.
A private family service will be held. Arrangements were by Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home.
