Columbia Falls swim team wins home meet

The Columbia Falls swim team took home the first-place trophy over the weekend at its home meet Saturday and Sunday.
The Cats racked up 900 points in the win. They had five high point earners: James McClure, Braydon Bigelow, Ember Dyk, Quinten Babcock and Payson Scribner.
“Thank you to all the community members, families, friends, businesses, as well as native Columbia Falls swimmers, coaches and assistant coaches who came out to support our team. We have an amazing community and our kids feel the depth of this program,” coach Kyle Babcock said. “Thank you to the swim team parents, who put on an amazing meet. We could not have done it without their countless hours volunteering to make it happen.”
The team next competes in Cut Bank.
