Speech and debate team wins divisional title
Columbia Falls beat Whitefish for the speech and debate Western A divisonal title last weekend in Polson.
The Wildcats pulled through in the final rounds to beat the Bulldogs 236-220.
Frenchtown was third.
The Cats will now pursue an unprecedented 25th title at the state tournament in Laurel this weekend.
The top 12 of each of the events qualify to participate with the top 12 in each event from the Eastern A Division at State next weekend.
