No. 1740 INVITATION TO BID Eureka Public School District #13, 340 9th St, Eureka MT 59917 will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, May 31, 2022 for the Eureka Middle School Boiler Replacement, Eureka, Montana. All bids should be mailed and received or delivered by the above time to the District Office, 340 9th St, Eureka MT 59917. Bids will be opened and read publicly after bid submission deadline. Generally, project is comprised of a boiler replacement within the existing middle school. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing boiler and associated components, removal and replacement of existing roof to access boiler, associated piping and electrical work. See Contract Documents for a complete scope of the Work. This project is publicly funded. No. 1739 RESOLUTION NO. 400 DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED, OBSOLETE AND UNDESIRABLE PROPERTY A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 6, COLUMBIA FALLS, MONTANA TO DISPOSE OF ABANDONED, OBSOLETE AND UNDESIRABLE PROPERTY THROUGH THE SALES OR OTHER MEANS, AS PROVIDED BY SECTION 20-6-604, MCA. WHEREAS, it has been determined certain personal or real property as documented in a list available in the Columbia Falls School District Business Office has become abandoned, obsolete and undesirable by School District No. 6 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees will dispose of this property through the sale or other means commencing on June 9, 2022 which will be at least 14 days after notice of this resolution has been made in the manner required in Section 20-20-204, MCA.
