Columbia Falls man charged in stabbing incident

A Columbia Falls man is in custody after he allegedly stabbed another man in the neck area with a knife Thursday.
Kenneth Goldsberry, 31, has been charged with attempted deliberate homicide, tampering with a communications device and misdemeanor theft.
According to Columbia Falls Police, Goldsberry allegedly stabbed the man on Martha Road and then fled on foot.
The victim was treated at the scene and then transported to the hospital. Goldsberry was found near the scene later and taken into custody without incident and was booked into the Flathead County Jail.
