A lawsuit has been filed against you. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is served upon you, and to file your Answer or a Motion under Rule 12 of the Montana Rules of Civil Procedure in the office of the Clerk of District Court in Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana, within twenty one (21) days after the date of service of this Summons, exclusive of the date of service. The Answer or Motion must also be served upon Plaintiff's Attorney whose address is listed above. In case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This action is brought to quiet title to real property situated in Flathead County, State of Montana, and described as follows: Lot 3 of Block 38 of Columbia Falls Townsite, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana (herein the "Property"), and to determine all adverse claims to the Property and for a Decree Quieting Title that Plaintiff is the sole lawful owner of the Property in fee simple free and clear of any and all adverse claims or interests of any person or entity, and that no named Defendants or unnamed Defendants known or unknown have any claim, estate, right, title or interest whatsoever in the Property.
